The fixtures for Day 1 of National Cadets at Cirencester on Sunday 10th of November have now been released. 18 entries spilt in Three Divisions, teams from Ferndale, Sanford link, Banbury, Evesham, Aelybryn, BJTTC, Lillington Free Church, Cardiff City, Cheltenham and Cirencester. It looks that this year entries looks very strong and very competitive.
We are planning a Handicap Event on Friday 29th of November it is limited 32 players but is a "Open Event" It will be the best of three up to 15 and handicaps will based on last year’s event, any new players joining will be assessed accordingly against National, local league results. After the successful achievement of Sanford Cadets last year finishing 3rd in the top division, we have entered 2 teams to play at Cirencester on Sunday 10th of November, 15th of December, 26th of January and the final day on Sunday 15th of March. The A team with consist of Adam Reeves, Benji Maxwell and Theo Fletcher. Lee Bowen, Jack Karpinski and Trevor Bannister Committee members from Sanford Table Tennis Club visited Fitzwarren House on Day 2 of 12 sessions planned, were amazed with the keenest of the residents engaging in playing some Ping Pong and thoroughly enjoyed the hour and half they spent with us.This was a increase in participants from last weeks session and are looking forward to the next session.
